About the role

Directly implement behavior-analytic services and instructional support for students with significant behavioral and instructional needs. Work under the supervision of a BCBA to execute crisis management plans and perform extensive data collection and analysis.

A Registered Behavior Technician / RBT is a paraprofessional who can work directly with students who have significant behavioral and/or instructional needs including students who require daily implementation of a crisis management plan; require complex verbal behavior programming; and/or extensive data collection, graphing, and analysis. The RBT is responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services including instruction and behavioral support The RBT practices under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBA To be successful in this role, you must meet all of the following expectations: School-based cases, must have availability to work Monday through Friday following the academic calendar year Maintain RBT certification as mandated by the BACB Maintain current certification in both CPR/First Aide and Crisis Prevention Intervention trainings EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: HS Diploma or equivalency National certification as an RBT - active Will consider applicants with completed 40 hours of RBT training designed to meet the 2026 training eligibility requirement for RBT certification. Worked a minimum of 1 year directly with individuals with special needs - preferred CREDENTIALING
