Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Encourage language development, social skills, independence, and emotional growth. Assist with daily routines including snacks, toileting support, transitions, and cleanup. Get down on the floor, play, sing, dance, read, explore, and have fun with children every day.
