How this role contributes to the Y's mission: As a Swim Coach, you will help develop swimmers' skills, confidence, and love for competitive swimming while creating a safe, positive, and inclusive team environment.
You'll assist with practices, support athlete development, and foster meaningful relationships with swimmers, families, and fellow coaches.
