  • Requirements: A passion for working with young people A desire to collaborate in a dynamic community of teachers An openness to professional development and continuous learning Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A pleasant approach to work and, ideally, a sense of humor Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or other Advanced degrees in Education and content area a plus, but not required. Experience in reading and phonics instruction, differentiated learning, backward planning, and creating performance assessments. Experience using the Project-Based Learning methodology Responsive Classroom Training 2-7 years of grade-level experience

Requirements

Candidates should have a passion for working with youth and excellent communication skills. Preferred qualifications include a degree in Education, 2-7 years of grade-level experience, and familiarity with Project-Based Learning.
