Assist the Head Coach in managing a competitive NCAA Division III women's soccer program through coaching, practice planning, and game strategy. Support the recruitment of prospective student-athletes and ensure compliance with university and NCAA regulations.
A bachelor's degree is required along with experience playing or coaching soccer at a competitive level. Knowledge of soccer fundamentals and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and travel, is essential.
