Market context

Connecticut infant care roles need early-childhood experience

In Connecticut, infant and toddler assistant teacher roles are commonly tied to childcare centers that need staff who can support very young children safely and consistently. These positions are competitive because employers often look for candidates who are 18 or older, have a high school diploma or GED, and already have experience with unrelated children ages 0-2, plus a willingness to pursue a CDA or further education. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then highlight your infant-care experience and readiness to enroll in a CDA program in your application.
