Celebree School of Sudbury is seeking a warm, nurturing, and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our growing team. In this role, you (and a co-teacher) will create a safe, engaging, and loving environment where our youngest learners can thrive. You will support Toddler's developmental milestones through responsive caregiving, age-appropriate activities, and meaningful interactions while building strong partnerships with families.

As a Toddler Teacher, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to: Collaborate with your co-teacher to create a consistent, high-quality learning experience for every child. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. Foster positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members. Observe and document children's development and milestones. Support daily routines including meals, diapering/toileting, rest time, and transitions. Establish open and ongoing communication with parents, sharing insights, updates, and progress on their child's development. Encourage language development, independence, and positive social interactions. Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
Must meet Massachusetts minimum education and experience requirements. High School Diploma or GED is required; CDA, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. 1+ year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills. Knowledge and understanding of behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements Background check required.
