The Lead Toddler Teacher is responsible for preparing and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans and maintaining a safe, organized classroom. They must manage child assessments, conduct parent-teacher conferences, and ensure the overall well-being of the children.
To be QUALIFIED for the Lead Teacher role, we require a high school diploma and the ability to pass all background checks. College coursework in early childhood education is strongly preferred. A completion of early childhood education credentials is required. A plus if you have previous childcare experience!
Compensation: $17-$18 per hour, based on relevant education and experience,
