The AI is accountable for student outcomes and acts as a resource for students providing support, remediation, and referral as needed.
The AI shall maintain professional competence in their specific discipline through such activities as practice, continuing education programs, conferences, workshops, seminars, academic courses, research projects, and professional writing.
The AI participates in community and institutional service activities which contribute to the mission of RHS and RCHC.

For all College Instructor and Staff positions, standards are intended to apply to all educational delivery methods residential, blended and/or distance as feasible. (Contract positions are scheduled semester-by-semester and paid hourly according to the team member's earned educational degree BSN or MSN).
What you will do Completes required instructional scholarly activity & professional development to including 2 activities related to Distance Education, 2 activities in the instructor’s professional discipline, 2 activities directly related to teaching, and 1 activity related to instructional simulation (simulation requirement not applicable to RN-to-BSN faculty).
Demonstrates activities in the support of learning including instructional design, delivery (both residential and distance delivery methods), assessment, course and student management, and academic advising.
Accountable for program, student, and graduate outcomes for course pass rates.
