Every day through the eyes of a toddler is an adventure—and at Discovery Village Child Care Center, you'll have the privilege of guiding that adventure.
As a Full-Time EEC Certified Toddler Teacher, you will inspire children ages 15 months through approximately 33 months as they take some of life's biggest first steps—forming friendships, finding their voices, solving problems, building confidence, and discovering the world around them.
Working as part of a collaborative teaching team, you will create a warm, engaging, and thoughtfully prepared classroom where curiosity is encouraged, independence is celebrated, and every child feels safe, respected, and valued. Through play-based, developmentally appropriate experiences inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, you will nurture each child's social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and language development while encouraging exploration, creativity, and joyful learning.
At Discovery Village, we believe toddlers are capable, curious, and competent learners. We value educators who listen carefully, observe intentionally, and build strong partnerships with families to support every child's unique journey.
If you're passionate about turning everyday moments into meaningful learning experiences, celebrating milestones big and small, and helping children discover who they are, we'd love for you to join our team.
