We are currently seeking a Toddler Assistant Teacher to join our loving and experienced team at our Wakefield center. In this role, you will lead a classroom of curious and active toddlers, guiding them through essential milestones with patience, positivity, and purpose. \n
EEC Teacher Infant Toddler and Preschool Certification or CDA (preferred, not required) Daycare experience in a center-based, private, or public-school setting An energetic approach to learning and an positive attitude Curiosity, creativity, and a strong team-focused mindset
Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift within the operating hours of the school, including opening and closing shifts Ability to spend extended periods of time on the floor with the children Ability to lift up to 50lbs Ability to stand up to 90% of the workday Attentiveness, strong time management, and strong collaboration skills
