The teacher will create a safe, engaging classroom environment and implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum for young children. They are also responsible for maintaining regular communication with parents regarding their children's achievements and progress.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of professional teaching experience. An associate degree in Early Childhood Education and two years of experience are preferred.
