Elementary School Teacher - Chandler, AZ Location: Archway Lincoln Classical Academy - Chandler, AZ Compensation Type: Salary Compensation Amount: Starting at $41,150.00

K-5 Lead teaching role: As a Homeroom Teacher you provide a welcoming and nurturing classroom that guides students to build a deep sense of wonder and a love of learning. Provide appropriate academic support to students, monitor progress, and partner with school leadership to address academic or behavioral needs in a timely manner. Uphold and model the culture, policies, and expectations of Great Hearts, including dress code, conduct, and safety procedures, contributing to a respectful and orderly school environment. Communicate clearly and professionally with families, initiating conferences as needed and fostering strong home-school partnerships. Participate fully in the life of the academy through faculty collaboration, school events, assigned duties, and a shared commitment to ongoing professional growth and excellence in teaching. Required/Preferred Education: Bachelor's or higher degree is required for a lead teaching role Certification is not required for general education All majors are welcome Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal history background check and fingerprint clearance in accordance with state requirements.
