Market context

Steady demand for employment support roles

In New York, Employment Job Coach roles often appear in settings that support people with disabilities or other barriers to work, so demand can be steady where agencies need direct job-placement and on-site coaching support. These roles are competitive because employers often prefer candidates with OPWDD experience, a background in Education or Psychology, and a valid NYS driver’s license with reliable transportation. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this platform to quickly compare fit, then confirm travel expectations and any client-support duties before applying.
