Provide pre- and post-employment skill development and job coaching for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include assessing participant needs, creating competitive internships, and maintaining relationships with local businesses.
A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor's degree in Education or Psychology and experience with OPWDD services are preferred. Candidates must possess a valid NYS driver's license and reliable transportation.

Education & Experience
High school diploma, required. Bachelor’s degree in Education or Psychology, preferred.
Experience working with individuals with an intellectual/developmental disability, preferred.
OPWDD experience, preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
active listening and effective speaking, time management, critical thinking, basic technology/e-mail, reading comprehension, effective written and verbal expression.
Must possess a valid NYS driver’s license and transportation necessary to meet program needs.
