This is a long-term, full-time position and is not a seasonal or summer role.

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA Accurately collect and record client data during therapy sessions Maintain open communication with families, BCBAs, and office staff Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and reliability at all times Follow individualized treatment plans and support each child's developmental goals
