Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Bounce ABA Preschool Center – Essex Junction, Vermont Bounce Therapy is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and energetic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing ABA Preschool Center in Essex Junction, VT. This is a long-term, full-time position and is not a seasonal or summer role.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 4:45
• PM
• Pay: $22–$24 per hour (negotiable based on experience) At Bounce ABA Therapy, we provide exceptional services to children on the autism spectrum. Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA Accurately collect and record client data during therapy sessions Maintain open communication with families, BCBAs, and office staff Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and reliability at all times Follow individualized treatment plans and support each child's developmental goals

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required Reliable transportation Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism RBT Certification is preferred but not required Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities or autism, is strongly preferred If you're passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families while building a rewarding career, we'd love to hear from you!
