Assistant Teacher Key Responsibilities: Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans Must have over 3 years of Assistant Teacher role Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive and physical development through active engagement and positive interactions Prepare classroom materials and ensure a safe, clean and inviting learning environment Supervise and provide individualized support to children and foster a sense of belonging Assist in communicating with families about their child’s progress and daily activities Adhere to health and safety guidelines and licensing regulations to ensure a secure environment Support daily care routines and tasks to promote a nurturing learning environment
