of Employment at CHS: Work-Life Balance: Monday through Friday – 7:30am to 3:30pm Comprehensive Benefits: Equal up to 30% of your salary. What You Will Do: Student Engagement: Assist in conducting classroom activities, preparing instructional materials, providing instruction, review, and practice of skills taught by the Classroom Teacher with individual and small groups of students. Assist in implementing treatment plan and individual education plan methods specific to each child. Assume Classroom Teacher’s duties in his/her absence. Student Records: Assist with maintaining classroom and/or student records and documentation and contributes data for progress notes and individual treatment plans. Student Relationships: Nurture children through one-on-one communication and care and maintain vigilant supervision. Reinforce instructional/behavioral objectives as needed to maintain an effective classroom learning environment. Professional Growth: Provide leadership in efforts to improve the school, student learning and behavior, social skills, and safety.
