Range: $12.77 - $12.77 HourlyBridgewater College is seeking an enthusiastic and student-focused Assistant Golf Coach to support its NCAA Division III men's and women's golf programs. This part-time position reports to the Head Men's and Women's Golf Coach and offers an opportunity to help student-athletes succeed both on the course and in the classroom. The successful candidate will assist with coaching, recruiting, player development, and program operations while helping foster a positive, competitive team culture that reflects the mission and values of Bridgewater College. WHAT YOU'LL DO Assist with all aspects of the men's and women's golf programs Plan and conduct practices and provide instruction during training and competition Travel with the team to tournaments and assist with competition management Recruit prospective student-athletes who are a strong fit for Bridgewater College academically, athletically, and personally Mentor and support student-athletes in their academic, athletic, and personal development Assist with tournament operations, community service initiatives, and fundraising activities Help promote the golf programs through social media, marketing, and other outreach efforts Ensure compliance with NCAA, Old Dominion Athletic Conference, and College policies and regulations WHAT YOU'LL BRING Bachelor's degree preferred Previous coaching or competitive golf experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to build positive relationships with prospective and current student-athletes Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Valid driver's license and ability to meet the
