  • Job DescriptionThe Campus Supervisor, under the supervision and direction of Campus Culture Coordinator, in accordance with the school’s management plan, leads and performs duties related to the maintenance of campus safety and security; serves as a lead supervisor for an assigned shift and/or area while also performing general security duties; monitors and patrols campus facilities, property and offices for purposes of controlling campus safety and security, parking and other issues; responds to intrusion and fire alarms, as well as other requests for assistance; investigates and enforces safety and security rules, regulations and legal infractions concerning the protection of persons and property; observes, reports and maintains the property, security and safety of the campus; and performs related work as assigned.Essential Job Functions: Assist certificated employees with positive behavior support by explaining school rules to students and parents.Establish rapport with faculty and students to maintain and enhance a positive school environmentPatrol in and around the campus, including parking and adjacent areas, during school hours, providing general supervision of students outside of class and remain alert to problems likely to disrupt the educational process or be physically injurious to persons or property.Provide intervention support in situations that may be disruptive, cause injuryMonitor and escort students who are out of class during class time; direct tardy students to go to appropriate school office.
