Conduct pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for children from birth to 18 years old. Deliver direct therapy services in clinic and community settings while collaborating with families and medical providers.
Requires a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and a current Arizona Occupational Therapy license. Candidates must have in-home or clinical experience and be able to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
