Coaches lead science-based fitness and character development classes for children aged walking through 11 years. They are also responsible for engaging with and educating parents on the child development curriculum.
Candidates should have a background in fitness or coaching, ideally with experience working with young children or pediatric OT/PT. Knowledge of physiology and body mechanics, along with strong communication skills, is preferred.

DO YOU LOVE FITNESS, COACHING, INSTRUCTING CLASSES, WORKING WITH KIDS AND AMAZING PEOPLE!?! We need coaches for MONDAYS and WEDNESDAY MORNINGS; with plans to add more days soon. Lots of opportunities for more hours also if interested, but hiring right now only for coaches with this availability.
● We are looking for coaches with a fitness or coaching background who ideally have experience coaching and instructing children ages 12mo-8 years old or pediatric OT/PT experience. ● Our coaches run classes on weekdays mid-mornings and evenings until 7 pm. ● On weekends child fitness instructors start around at 8 AM and run through lunchtime. ● Other opportunities include: camps, parents night out, field trips, and more.
● Experience in fitness & coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age is preferred ● Experience talking to and educating parents on our child development curriculum ● Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics ● Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills ● Self-starter that just gets a job done
