Lead consumer engagement using the Supported Employment model to help individuals with serious mental illness achieve employment and educational goals. Provide personalized job coaching, placement support, and daily living skills training through home and community visits.
Requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and demonstrated experience working with adults with serious mental illness. A degree in rehabilitation counseling or experience in supported employment is preferred.

Our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) model supports individuals with serious mental illnesses who may not have experienced success or haven't found effective support within traditional outpatient programs. We offer tailored services emphasizing relationship-building and active involvement in enhancing functioning and symptom management.
Services involve weekly home visits, provided either in individuals' residences or within the community, utilizing personal vehicles for client transportation and community-based tasks.
