Salary

Lead safe and engaging Karate classes for all skill levels while developing structured lesson plans for youth and adults. Additionally, manage member enrollments, promote memberships via social media, and maintain the gym's facilities.
A Black Belt in Karate is preferred, along with previous coaching or teaching experience. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to helping students of all abilities succeed.

We are looking for a dedicated Karate Instructor to join the IMA team. The ideal candidate will embody our mission, vision, and core values while delivering exceptional Karate instruction for both adults and kids. You will play a vital role in building a supportive, respectful training environment that motivates students to achieve their personal goals, whether for competition, fitness, or self-improvement.
Black Belt in Karate Preferred. Previous coaching or teaching experience is strongly preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to helping students of all ages and abilities succeed. Ability to adapt teaching styles to meet diverse learning needs. CPR/First Aid certification (preferred but not required).
Compensation and Benefits
$20–$35 per class (depending on experience & IMA Compensation Process). Opportunities for additional income through private lessons. Access to gym facilities and personal training opportunities. A collaborative and supportive team environment that values growth and excellence.
