Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal training.

Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding personal information on children, family and YMCA staff Administrative skills including the ability to maintain required program and department documentation and records. Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, Safety & Risk Management, Child Abuse Prevention and New Employee Orientation or the ability to obtain within 60-90 days of employment.
