Market context
School-based athletic trainer roles in Wisconsin are often tied to student-athlete coverage, injury prevention, and return-to-play support, so demand can be steady where districts offer athletics year-round. Competition is usually strongest for candidates who already hold BOC certification, Wisconsin athletic trainer licensure, CPR/BLS, and a valid driver’s license.
