We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Co-Lead Teacher to join our preschoolclassroom. In this role, you will partner closely with a co-teacher to support a small group of children, sharing responsibility for curriculum, classroom management, and daily routines. Collaborate with your co-teacher to plan and implement a developmentally appropriate, play-based curriculum. Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development in a nurturing environment. Share responsibility for daily classroom operations, including setup, cleaning, and organization. Provide attentive care, including diapering and maintaining hygiene standards. Foster a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment. Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Maintain clear communication and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture.
EEC Teacher certification required or be willing to qualify. CPR and First Aid certification required. Previous experience working with toddlers or in early childhood education preferred. Strong understanding of child development and positive guidance strategies. Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with a co-teacher. Warm, patient, and engaging approach with children and families. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
