Market context

Bilingual support roles are in steady demand

In Florida, Developmental Support Specialist roles are often competitive because employers look for a mix of human-services education, direct experience with children and families, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. This posting also requires a valid Florida driver’s license and being 21 or older, which can narrow the candidate pool. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your degree or experience matches before applying.
