Detail-oriented with the ability to track multiple students’ progress accurately.
Must be available for evening and weekend shifts.
While performing this job, the employee is regularly exposed to heat, humidity, and chlorine. Noise level is usually moderate.
Every student is progressing and no child is slipping through the cracks.

Lessons are delivered with consistency and enthusiasm, exactly as the curriculum intends.
The pool deck is safe, clean, and ready before the first student arrives.
