The coach is responsible for providing workouts, instruction, and motivation to the swim team while ensuring a safe and fun environment. They serve as the primary on-deck leader for practices occurring 2-4 nights per week.
Candidates must hold current CPR, AED, First Aid, and Lifeguard certifications and be proficient in all four competitive swimming strokes. Experience in competitive swimming and coaching, along with WSI or O2 certifications, is highly desired.
