**Key Responsibilities** • Instruct and Coach

• Teach swimming techniques with a focus on safety and skill development, keeping lessons engaging and enjoyable.
• Assess and
• Adapt: Evaluate each student’s progress and tailor your teaching methods to fit their unique needs.
• Create a
• Safe
• Environment: Keep an eye on participants to ensure everyone is safe and having fun during lessons.
• Collaborate with
• Colleagues: Team up with fellow instructors to enhance our programs and share your ideas for improvement.
• Provide
• Feedback: Engage with students and parents, offering insights on performance and areas for growth.

• Lifeguarding
• Duties: Be proactive in maintaining safety across the facility as needed.

Overland Park

• Monday: 3:45 pm - 7:15 pm

**Who Will You Report To?**

You’ll be guided and supported by our fantastic Assistant General Managers

David Hoelting, Catherine Buist, and Alex Randall.

• Competitive pay of $14+/hour, with negotiable rates for highly experienced candidates.

**Helpful Experience**

While not required, past experience in roles such as certified lifeguards, camp counselors, childcare providers, educators, and customer service can set you up for success at Goldfish!
