As an Infant & Toddler Teacher, you will be a steady, loving presence for our youngest learners. You will help create a safe, clean, responsive, and developmentally appropriate classroom where babies and toddlers feel secure, families feel informed, and children are supported socially, emotionally, cognitively, and physically. Your classroom will be guided by our Life Essentials curriculum and supported by a team that values consistency, communication, and care. As a Keystone STARS 3 facility, we value quality early learning, strong family communication, and continuous improvement.
What you will do
Create warm, age-appropriate learning experiences that support infant and toddler development.
Follow daily routines that help children feel safe, secure, and cared for.
Support feeding, diapering, rest, play, movement, language, and early social-emotional growth.
Observe children’s milestones and communicate with families through thoughtful daily updates.
Build trusting relationships with children, families, and your co-teacher.
Maintain a clean, safe, organized classroom that meets PA childcare licensing and health standards.
Work as part of a classroom team to provide a consistent, high-quality experience every day.

High school diploma or GED required.
CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
Experience in a licensed childcare center, especially with infants or toddlers, is strongly preferred.
Ability to obtain required PA clearances, including State Police, Child Abuse, NSOR, and FBI Fingerprinting.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and safely lift infants into and out of cribs.
