Provide high-quality care and education for infants and toddlers while maintaining a safe and developmentally rich environment. Document developmental progress using TSG and ChildPlus while adhering to Head Start and DOH guidelines.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Development or an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education. A minimum of two years of experience in a Head Start or early childhood setting is preferred.
Provide high-quality care and education for infants and toddlers Implement integrated service delivery aligned with Head Start Performance Standards, DOH Article 47 Guidelines, and CMCS policies Recognize and support the individual needs of each child's culture, language, and abilities Establish daily routines and smooth transitions that foster emotional security Create nurturing, responsive interactions and environments Accurately document developmental progress using Teaching Strategies GOLD (TSG) and ChildPlus on a weekly basis
