Description Certified CPR Instructor (PRN) Little Rock, AR
ACCESS is seeking a PRN Certified CPR Instructor to provide CPR and First Aid training for employees on an as-needed basis. This position serves as backup coverage when our regularly scheduled instructors are unavailable and helps ensure employees maintain the certifications required for their positions.
The instructor is responsible for preparing course materials, conducting training sessions, evaluating participant competency, and submitting all required certification documentation in accordance with approved certification standards. Essential
CPR Training & Instruction Conduct CPR and First Aid training classes for employees as needed. Ensure all training follows approved certification guidelines and curriculum. Demonstrate proper emergency response techniques and safety procedures. Evaluate participants to ensure competency in CPR and First Aid skills. Certification & Documentation Submit required class paperwork to the American Heart Association (Jeff Jeffries). Submit training documentation to Human Resources as required. Training Preparation Prepare training materials and equipment prior to each class. Maintain and inspect CPR training equipment. Ensure the training environment is safe, organized, and conducive to learning. Compliance Ensure all training meets organizational and regulatory requirements. Maintain current knowledge of CPR guidelines and certification updates.
