Market context

Pennsylvania school-based therapy roles stay competitive

In Pennsylvania, school-based mobile therapist roles are often tied to ongoing student mental health and family support needs, so demand can be steady in districts and community-based programs. These positions are competitive because employers usually want a master’s degree in a behavioral health field, licensure or licensure eligibility under Pennsylvania rules, and experience with children and families.
