Southern Highlands Community Mental Health Center is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Case Manager/Care Coordinator II – School-Based to join our growing behavioral health team. This position is embedded within a local school and provides direct support to students and families by coordinating behavioral health, educational, medical, and community services.
