Develop and implement activities to support students transitioning from school to adulthood and vocational independence. Directly supervise and coach middle and high school students at school and community job sites while documenting progress toward goals.
A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or social work is preferred. Preference is given to candidates with two years of experience working with adolescents with intellectual or developmental disabilities in employment settings.

EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field preferred. High school diploma required. EXPERIENCE: Two years experience working with adolescents and young adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and/or behavior disorders in a transition and employment setting preferred.
