Plan and implement age-appropriate, developmentally-driven lesson plans for toddlers Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment Monitor and support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child Maintain open and consistent communication with parents and guardians regarding child progress Supervise toddlers during daily activities, meals, and rest time Keep accurate developmental records and daily reports for each child Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment
