Flexible hours: No minimum # of sessions per week. Base pay increase following the first season Direct 90-day track to become lead coach with pay increase Seasonal performance bonuses Coach referral bonuses Customer referral bonuses Mileage reimbursement Paid time off: Vacation, sick, holiday (for full-time) Paid training: Includes CPR and First Aid certification Who You Are: Passionate about positively impacting students' lives and giving back to the (Chambersburg, PA) community Energetic, engaging, and responsible Safety conscious The Job: Lead fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids (30–45 minutes) Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment Engage each child individually during class Manage equipment and class roster Attend team meetings and trainings Provide post-session feedback Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful
