The Assistant Coach will assist the Head Coach in all phases of the Coed & Women’s Sailing Programs, including recruiting, coaching, and administrative duties. The role also involves maintaining professional conduct and acting as a role model for student-athletes.
A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, along with collegiate or professional coaching experience. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills and be able to work effectively with staff and faculty.
