We're looking for an experienced Pre-K Teacher to join our collaborative early childhood team.

You'll: Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that promote literacy, math, science, art, and social-emotional development.

Foster children's independence, problem-solving, creativity, and confidence.

Observe and document children's learning to guide curriculum planning.

Build strong partnerships with families through regular communication.

Create a warm, organized classroom where every child feels safe, valued, and included.

Lead the MJP graduating class and support the children and families in this monumental milestone.

Collaborate with colleagues to create meaningful learning experiences across the school.

Participate in professional learning and continuously refine your teaching practice.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has experience teaching preschool or Pre-K children.

Understands child development and kindergarten readiness.

Values play as the foundation for meaningful learning.

Builds strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Creates engaging classroom environments where children are encouraged to explore, collaborate, and think critically.

Is organized, reflective, and excited to continue growing as an educator.

Qualifications

Requirements
