Observe children and plan engaging learning experiences based on their interests. Create a classroom where children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and development. Collaborate with your teaching team. Reflect on your practice and participate in ongoing professional learning. We're Looking For Someone Who Has experience working with toddlers in an early childhood setting. Understands child development and developmentally appropriate practice. Builds authentic relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Communicates openly and enjoys working as part of a team. Believes every child can grow and succeed. Is excited to continue learning and growing as an educator.
