What We're Looking For Experience working with children in a sports, coaching, education, childcare, or camp setting.
A passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping kids build confidence through sports.
An energetic, positive personality with the ability to engage and motivate children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Availability to work at least three weekdays from 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM.
Additional morning coaching opportunities are available.
Reliable transportation to travel between program locations.
Dependable, punctual, and professional.
Background Check Information: All coaches are required to successfully complete a Department of Children and Families (DCF) background screening as a condition of employment.
