If you have the following, we would love to speak with you: High School Diploma or equivalent, required AA or BA in Early Childhood Educaiton or related field, preferred Strong Social-Emotional Skills and a Positive Discipline MindsetAble to guide children with empathy, set clear boundaries with kindness, and foster a nurturing environment that encourages self-regulation and respect.
Developmentally Appropriate Instructional SkillsUnderstands early childhood milestones and uses engaging, hands-on methods to build foundational skills in literacy, math, and problem-solving, preparing students for kindergarten success.
Collaborative and Reflective ApproachWorks well with families, colleagues, and school leadership, and is open to feedback and continuous learning to support each child’s growth and classroom community.
