The Assistant Coach manages day-to-day administration of a Division II Football program, including practice planning and travel arrangements. Responsibilities also include technical instruction, scouting report preparation, and managing the recruiting process.
Candidates must possess excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. They must also abide by NCAA, NSIC, and CSP regulations and pass an annual recruiting exam.
Position requires long hours standing and minor lifting; may require travel spent mostly on busses.
Exceptions: May require exposure to adverse weather conditions, frequently involves night and weekend hours
