To provide oversight/secretary work for the front school office for a private, Pre-K thru 12th private school on the Southside of Jacksonville, FL.
Responsibilities include: answering phones, data entry, requesting records, maintaining student files, outbound calls to parents, accepting payments, etc.
Communicating effectively and clearly with students, parents, and staff; facilitating a meaningful educational environment for students; assist with admissions/enrollment for the school year; tracking essential paper-work related to the school office; perform daily office operations.
High-School Diploma Required.
/ COMPENSATION: Benefits and compensation include: Pay is negotiable between $17.00 to $19.00, per hour Participation in 403(b) Retirement Plan is available immediately, upon hire Employer Matching Contributions towards Retirement Plan, after 1 year of employment Paid Holidays (After 1 year of employment) Paid Time Off (8 Hours after 1 year of employment) Note: Health Insurance Benefits are not offered at this time
