About the role

Provide direct classroom support and implement intervention strategies for children and adolescents with Autism and developmental disabilities. Support lead teachers with IEPs and use ABA strategies to promote communication and independence.

Full-Time Instructor Opportunities in West Springfield 40 hrs = (M-F, flex-start between 7am-8:10am, 8 hour shifts plus 30min unpaid midday break) 1 mandatory morning meeting per week at 7:40am Make a real difference in the lives of children and adolescents (ages 3–21) with Autism and developmental disabilities!

As a Teacher Assistant/Paraprofessional/Instructor, you’ll provide direct classroom support, implement intervention strategies, and help students build critical skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Your Impact: Support lead teachers in implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

Assist students with personal care and behavioral interventions.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

Use ABA strategies to promote communication, social skills, and independence.

Document student progress and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team.

What You Need: Age: 18+ Education: Bachelor's degree preferred License: Current and valid U.S. driver’s license Availability: 40-hour work week, M-F, 8-hour days plus a 30-minute unpaid midday break.

This is a year-round program.

Requirements
