The Reading Teacher provides instruction and coaching to high school students using a mastery-based educational model aligned with state standards. Responsibilities include maintaining student records, collaborating with peers, and ensuring students meet their Individual Graduation Plans.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field and possess a valid Teacher's certification. Knowledge of secondary education principles and experience working with at-risk youth are highly preferred.
