Lead infant and toddler classrooms by implementing the L.E.A.P. Curriculum and creating a safe, nurturing environment. Maintain regular communication with parents regarding child achievements and partner with leadership to support center goals.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, with college ECE coursework and 6 months of professional teaching experience preferred. Candidates should ideally possess DCF 45 hours and CPR/First Aid certifications.
