You are a nurturing, engaging nanny who loves working with toddlers and understands the importance of routines, exploration, and learning through play. This role is primarily childcare-focused and includes planning engaging, developmentally appropriate activities, reading books, singing songs, encouraging language development, and spending plenty of time outdoors exploring parks and the neighborhood. You'll prepare and serve healthy toddler meals and snacks, support daily routines including naps, diaper changes, and transitions, and encourage independence with age-appropriate self-help skills. You'll maintain a safe, nurturing environment while fostering curiosity, confidence, and social-emotional growth through positive guidance and play. Multiple years of experience with toddlers and early childhood. Physically able to carry a toddler and navigate a multi-story home.
