The teacher is responsible for preparing and maintaining an orderly Montessori toddler classroom and presenting developmentally appropriate lessons. They provide nurturing care and emotional guidance while collaborating with families to support each child's development.

Prepare and maintain an inviting, orderly Montessori toddler classroom Present developmentally appropriate lessons that support independence, language, motor, and practical life skills Provide nurturing, respectful care including toileting support, transitions, and emotional guidance Observe each child and adapt lessons based on individual development and readiness Communicate thoughtfully with families and collaborate closely
