We are looking for an educator who understands Montessori philosophy and is passionate about guiding children ages 15 months–2.9 years through independence, exploration, and meaningful learning.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain an inviting, orderly Montessori toddler classroom Present developmentally appropriate lessons that support independence, language, motor, and practical life skills Provide nurturing, respectful care including toileting support, transitions, and emotional guidance Observe each child and adapt lessons based on individual development and readiness Communicate thoughtfully with families and collaborate closely

Qualifications

Montessori Infant/Toddler credential (AMI, AMS, or MACTE) strongly preferred EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher certification (or in progress) Experience working with toddlers and a calm, positive, professional teaching presence We offer a warm community, supportive leadership, and a beautifully prepared Montessori environment

Requirements

Candidates should ideally possess a Montessori Infant/Toddler credential from AMI, AMS, or MACTE. EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher certification is also required or in progress, along with experience working with toddlers.
